Public Housing Authority Plans

As a Public Housing Authority (PHA), Foothills Regional Commission is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to complete a PHA Plan.

The PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to public housing agency policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. There are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which each PHA submits to HUD once every 5th PHA fiscal year, and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year by non-qualified agencies.

Part of the PHA Plan process is public input and feedback on the plans. Below you will find copies of the suggested plans as compiled by FRC staff. Please look through the plans and submit your feedback below. If you would like to contact FRC staff directly about the plans, please click here to be taken to the staff directory.

Questions or comments should be directed to Pam Hall, Director of Housing, (828) 287-2281, ext 266.
