The Foothills Regional Commission’s Community and Economic Development team is working to update the Town of Forest City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The Land Use Plan seeks to provide city staff, elected officials, and zoning board members with recommendations about the land use regulations, forms of development, and other actions that will best achieve the town’s overall vision. Producing the plan is a collaborative effort between the Foothills’ team, Forest City staff, community stakeholders, and the general public.
