Regional Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP)
The Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long-range multimodal planning document. This planning document identifies an infrastructure vision for the next 25 to 30 years. This document is a regional collaboration between the Foothills RPO, NCDOT, and the local counties and towns. This document considers local needs and is the first step to projects being constructed.
